Because our service is delivered digitally and immediately upon purchase, we operate a time-limited refund window rather than a traditional "return" process.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or card issuer (typically 3–10 business days to appear on your statement).
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing immediately — you retain access to your paid plan until the end of the current billing period. Cancellation alone does not trigger a refund for the current period; you must separately request a refund if you are within the 7-day window.

Annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of the initial purchase. After the 7-day window, annual plans are non-refundable for the remainder of the annual period, but you may cancel to prevent the next annual renewal charge.
We consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis for situations outside the standard policy — for example, documented billing errors, duplicate charges, or service outages that significantly impacted your ability to use the product. Contact us and we'll do our best to make it right.
