Free Tier: Free users may convert up to 30 pages per month. This quota is enforced per IP address and resets at the start of each calendar month. No account creation is required.
Paid Plans: Paid plans are available at the prices shown on our pricing page. After subscribing, you will receive an access token by email. The token unlocks your plan's page quota and is active as long as your subscription is active.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout.
Paid subscriptions are processed through LemonSqueezy. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your LemonSqueezy customer portal. Upon cancellation:
You retain ownership of all files you upload. By uploading a file, you grant us a limited, temporary licence to process the file solely for the purpose of providing the conversion service. This licence terminates automatically when the PDF is discarded from memory (immediately after extraction, within seconds of upload).

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the service, you consent to our privacy practices.
The service, including all software, design, branding, and content produced by us (excluding your uploaded files), is owned by BankStatementToCSVFile.com and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the service without our prior written consent.

Conversion accuracy depends on the structure and quality of the uploaded PDF. Scanned images or password-protected PDFs may not convert correctly.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $10, whichever is greater.
